A BIG thank you and CONGRATULATIONS! to their new owners.

Elegant Chic (Penny)
Sold

2016 sorrel filly - PRIVATE TREATY

Congratulations to Linda Ware of Hermiston, OR!

I think I'll miss you most of all. Penny’s got skills! From the beginning, this little one could turn inside out in less space than it takes me to tie my shoes. Her turn arounds are fast and getting more consistent all the time. Very feely and responsive. She is one of the most honest horses you will find, with bottomless try, and loads of natural talent! She really wants to stop. Plus, she is just the sweetest thing, and with the great reining foundation she has, she is ready to go in any direction you want!

Penny's sire, LEITACHIC, is a World Champion NRHA Reiner, FEI finisher, multi-time AQHA World Show qualifier, and an all-around great guy.

Zolas Got Class (Zola)

2016 grulla filly - SOLD

Congratulations to Jolee Combs of Baker City, OR!

Zola is in a class by herself, but that was too long of a name for the AQHA to register. She is laid-back and unflappable. Strong, correct and has a personality that won’t quit. She is going well under saddle and showing a ton of talent as a reiner or ranching riding horse. She is smooth riding, and a joy to train - learns easily and readily. Currently, just over 14.1, we expect her to mature around 14.3

Zola's dam, Peppyslilbitaclass, is an own daughter of PEPPY BADGER CHEX. Her sire, Dun It OK (by Definitely a Dunit, by HOLLYWOOD DUN IT) has points in AQHA Open Reining and is an NRHA/RHANW money earner. Zola is 5-panel N/N and homozygous black, meaning she will never produce a red foal.

This first video is fun because it shows how much she learned early on. This is about her 6th ride as a two-year-old.

This video shows her after going to a new home, not ridden for about two months, coming back to us and getting only a few rides in before being put out to pasture again. This girl is sweet, smart, and able - give her consistent training and she will be unbeatable.

Smart Trickochet
(Blondie)

2014 palomino gelding - SOLD

Congratulations Debra Selby Mills, Sandy, OR!

Blondie is about as fancy as they come. He is talented, confident, smart, and remarkably smooth-gaited. Not to mention pretty darn cute! Burnished golden color, with more roaning every year, and gobs and gobs of snow-white mane and tail.

His sire, SS Trickalena (by SMART LITTLE LENA) was a World Show qualifier in Senior Reining, earning 19 AQHA reining points and his ROM.

Blondie has a lot of training, but has not been shown much due to our personal issues. He has won Ranch Riding classes and is qualified for the 2019 AQHA World Show. He has a solid foundation in reining training, and would make a safe, sane, ridiculously FANCY Non-Pro Reiner.

He is offered for sale reluctantly, as it is really hard to build another one like him. His combination of genetics, training and luck is hard to come by. Serious inquiries only.

Sold
Dun It Extra Chexy (Panda)

Dun It Extra Chexy (Panda) combines some of the best traits to produce good, sound, quiet using horses. She is by DUN IT OK, a Hollywood Dun It grandson, with a reputation for producing kind, easy babies. He has 47 ABRA points, AQHA Open Reining Points and has earned NRHA money. Out of our EXTRA DRY CHEX daughter, Extra Chexetta, Panda is quiet, sweet and substantially built. We had her color tested out of curiosity and she is homozygous black, homozygous for creme and has one copy of the dun gene (EE, CrCr, D/n), so she will produce color! Her first foal is due May of 2020, and is by Leitachic. We're betting on buckskin!

Hope N For Rum (Angel)
Sold

2015 buckskin mare - SOLD

Congratulations Denise Harris, Tehachapi, CA!

A truly lovely mare, Angel is friendly, steady, and thoughtful, with naturally low head carriage and action, and very smooth riding gaits. Very kind, easy-going and accepting, she has had extensive training in both reining and ranch riding.

Her dam, Rum N Reno is an own daughter of RUM SQUALL, and a proven producer of NRCHA money earners and AQHA pointed get. Her sire, The Great White Hope (by Nu Chex to Cash), has a distinguished AQHA Open Reining career as well as money earned in the NRHA.

Angel has matured into a lovely young mare. She stands just over 15 hands, 1000 pounds. Good to shoe, load, vet, groom, great ground manners and UTD on everything. We bought her back hoping to keep her, but circumstances (unrelated to her) dictate otherwise.

Hail of a Chic (Fooler)
Sold

2016 sorrel colt - SOLD

Congratulations!

Our first foal from LEITACHIC, born on April Fool’s Day
to a maiden dam that gave no clue she was ready to foal – hence the nickname. Fooler is kind, athletic, mindful, and responsive. He has the potential to be a
world beater – no foolin’! Started under saddle, he has all the parts to be an aggressive reiner.

His dam, Run Till Your Dun, a maternal half-sister to HF MOBSTER (LTE $123,500) was unshown due to a broken jaw. His sire, Leitachic, is a World Champion Reiner and Reined Cow horse with a list of accolades, a kind heart and an old soul.

Coco Badger Chex (Coco)
Sold

2015 bay mare - SOLD

Congratulations Kristine Lawson, Star, ID!

Coco is fancy with elegant movement, extension, drive and quickness, plus a sleek, chic look - like her namesake.  She has naturally smooth riding gaits, and is quick, light and responsive. Not to mention a complete sweetheart. She tries very hard to figure out what you want. When worked on cattle was dubbed a "cow eating machine!"5-panel N/N

Her dam, Peppyslilbitaclass is a daughter of PEPPY BADGER CHEX. Her sire, YELLOW ROAN OF TEXAS, has an NCHA LTE of $73,000 and offspring with earnings of nearly $600,000 in reining, cutting, cow horse, ranch riding and more.

McK Little Leitachic (Paycheck)
Sold

2016 sorrel colt - SOLD

Congratulations Theresa Foster, Alberta, Canada!

Congratulations to Paycheck's new owners in Alberta, CA!

By LEITACHIC, this cute gelding has a fantastic attitude. He is quiet and easy to get along with. Stout, great bone, huge hip yet a long, elegant neck. He'll make a good using horse, but also promises to be a big stopper for a non-pro reiner. He has 60 days professional training as of July 28, 2018, and will remain in training until sold.

Paycheck has lots of white "roaning" hairs, but has not been tested for roan factor. Flaxen mane, coon tail, and white stockings. Should mature around 14.1 or 14.2, 1100 pounds plus. Clips, bathes, loads, good with farrier, vetting etc., hauls easily - just a nice, young gelding.

Lightsideofthemoon (Floyd)
Sold

2016 palomino gelding - SOLD

Congratulations Cindy Pasko, Junction City, OR!

Ah Floyd, you cool little weirdo. I had hoped to keep you. Unfortunately, Floyd has it all - good looks and conformation, great legs and movement, and personality that won’t quit. His new owners have started him right, and we are excited to follow his future with them.

His dam, Rum N Reno, is a producer of NRCHA money earners and AQHA pointed offspring. His sire, The Great White Hope (by Nu Chex to Cash), is an AQHA World Qualifier with points in Ranch Riding and Reining.

Awesomest Magnumus (Jameson)

2018 sorrel colt - SOLD

Congratulations Heather Priddy, Deer Park, WA!

OMG! This colt! He has it all in spades. He is built to do any job you want, but is bred to be a top-notch reiner. Plus, he just has the sweetest attitude and kindness. He learns quickly, leads, moves away from pressure, etc.

His dam, RUN TILL YOUR DUN is out of DUN ITS BLACK GOLD, making her a maternal sister to HF MOBSTER and other great performers. His sire, LIL DREAMIN MAGNUM (by MAGNUM CHIC DREAM, $4 Million Sire and out of MYO STARLIGHT, the NRHA top producing broodmare for 2016), has earned over $107,000 so far with a high score of 156.5! This is reining royalty.

Run Till Your Dun
(Hailey)
Sold

2012 sorrel mare - SOLD

Matt McDowell, Harrison, ID!

Hailey is by SHINE LIKE HAIL, one of the top money-earning sons of SHINING SPARK (World Champion & Leading NRCHA Sire). SHINE LIKE HAIL was the NRCHA World Championship Open Snaffle Bit Futurity Reserve Champion and River Front NRCHA Open Derby Co-Reserve Champion. He has LTE of $116,000, and has produced earners of over $536,500 in NRHA and NRCHA.

Hailey's dam is DUN ITS BLACK GOLD (by Hollywood Dun It, NRHA Hall of Fame) an Open Futurity Finalist, with LTE of $12,194 and 21.5 AQHA points. DUN ITS BLACK GOLD has produced offspring earning in excess of $320,500. Hailey is half-sister to HF MOBSTER (2013 NRHA Derby Champion, LTE $123,500) and full sister to BLACK HAILS GOLD (LTE $172, 411, NRHA Int. Open Futurity Champion.)

This mare is a naturally talented and powerful athlete. She broke her jaw in her second year, so fell behind in training, even so, she was on track to be shown in her three-year-old year, when her owner/trainer suffered a stroke. So she was bred as a four-year-old. She has given us three foals: 2016 colt, HAIL OF A CHIC; 2017 colt, RUNNIN OUTA CASH (by Nu Steps to Cash), and 2018 colt, AWESOMEST MAGNUMUS, by (Lil Dreamin’ Magnum).
