This Chics Trouble (Adele)

2020 sorrel filly - $6000

Out of a producing own daughter of Topsail Whiz (Trouble Lena Whiz, producer of offspring earning $49,810.70) by World Champion reiner LEITACHIC, Adele is Reining Royalty. And here's the best part, three of her maternal siblings are by a half brother to Leitachic, and between them they have won $24,606.27. This is as close to a proven cross as it gets!

Adele is the QUICKEST baby I have ever seen, and is beautifully built. She should make a Level 4 reiner with her eyes closed and one hoof tied behind her back. Not yet NRBC or NRHA nominated, but if that's where you're headed, let's talk!

She has swelling on her hind fetlock from an old injury. She is absolutely sound, but not perfect in appearance - otherwise, her price would be MUCH higher.

Cadillac Chic

2020 palomino colt - $5000

Beauty, bone, brains and brawn. Couldn't think of a word that means golden color that starts with a b... oh yeah, BRONZE!

Judging by the golden color in his lower legs, he is going to shed out to be that classic golden color with a perfectly white mane, and full white tail.

By World Champion Reiner, LEITACHIC, out of a producing granddaughter of  CONTINENTAL CAD - a top rope horse sire in the Northwest, known for producing substance, bone and good minds. He is a 3/4 brother to Chics Smart Comand, who earned over $6K in 2020, in limited events, as a four-year-old.

Should mature around 15.1 or 15.2

This Chics N Command (Lucy)

2020 sorrel filly - $4000

This one is developing into a really nice filly. She may just be the best surprise of this year's babies. Unlike her full brother, she has a very cute head and a big ol' hip, but just like Scotch, she is as peoplly as a foal can be. She would much rather hang out with you than her pasture mates. Not pushy, just curious and trusting.

By World Champion Reiner, LEITACHIC, out of a daughter of HIGH N COMMAND (by CONTINENTAL CAD - a top rope horse sire in the Northwest). This little one isn't just cute, she is friendly and well-built.

 Should mature around 15/15.1

Icemans Rum (Iris)

2020 palomino filly - Not currently for sale

Nothing comes closer to a designer horse than Iris. Her mama is an own daughter of RUM SQUALL (by Peppy San Badger), and her sire is the late ICEMAN DUNNIT, the all-time second-highest reining point earner in the AQHA, among other accolades.

She is delicate in appearance but her birthright is a non-stop, aggressive work ethic. She may not be for sale, but posting her here as I am just so darned proud of her!

Should mature around 15 hands. More pics to come...

Continental Chic (Scotch)

2019  buckskin colt - Not Currently For Sale

He just may be my heart horse... so while I'll continue to share his story, he is not currently for sale. By World Champion Reiner, LEITACHIC, out of a granddaughter of  CONTINENTAL CAD, a top rope horse sire in the Northwest, known for substance, bone, a great mind, and success as a sire of successful working horses.

This little guy is so friendly! With very little handling he comes right up for attention. Halter broke, loads, LOVES scritches and grooming, accepts restraint, and doesn't spit out his wormer meds. Fancy buckskin with just a dab of chrome. Should mature around 15.1

Peppys Lil Spoon (River)

2019  black colt - $4000

By cowhorse and barrel horse sire, LIL SPOON, and out of an own daughter of PEPPY BADGER CHEX, this is one fancy bred black stud colt.

River has a Disney-esque story. His mother died two days after he was born from complications of his birth that were most likely due to a torsion colic she suffered. As she was almost to term, the vet school put off colic surgery. River was born very windswept, but has since straightened up. The condition is not genetic, so it would not affect his get as a stallion prospect.

Should mature around 15.0 hands. 5-panel negative through parentage.

Mr Boomerchic (Rowdy)

2018 bay gelding - $7500

Rowdy is maturing into a handsome fellow. We expect him to finish at around 14.3 hands. His parents, World Champion Reiner, LEITACHIC, and Snaffle Bit Futurity debutante, BOOM IN THE NIGHT, are 15 hands and 14.3 respectively.

Rowdy has the kind of hip, build, and brains you need to get the job done. He is also a very good mover. Started, he naturally packs his head like a bridle horse, and REALLY likes to STOP!  Going to be a good one!

5-panel negative through parentage.

Leitachics Raider (Raider

2019 sorrel gelding - $6500

By World Champion Reiner, LEITACHIC, out of a granddaughter of  CONTINENTAL CAD, a top rope horse sire in the Northwest, known for substance, bone, a great mind, and success as a sire of successful working horses.

This colt is friendly and willing. Raider was pulled from the pasture after not being handled all winter and behaved like a gentleman. Leads, loads, ties, etc. He will be a big, solid horse someday, maturing around 15.1/1200. If you're looking for a header, talk to me.

He's doing that SCO thing where he looks like he is going roan, and that does tend to get more pronounced with age. His mane was gnawed off over the winter by his pasture-mates, and even with that and being at that gangly yearling stage, he's still pretty cute! (The mane is growing back!)

Spoon Me A Lil (Lily)

2018 Homozygous Black Filly - Not Currently For Sale

Lily is the last filly from our foundation broodmare, PEPPYSLILBITACLASS, who was an own daughter of PEPPY BADGER CHEX. Lily has grace and spunk. She is an elegant, low-headed mover and has the breeding and athleticism to make a very elegant Ranch Riding horse, reiner, cowhorse, or even barrel horse like her sister, Coco. (See Sold Horses.)

Lily's sire, LIL SPOON (by HES A PEPTOSPOONFUL out of a daughter of SMART LITTLE LENA), was not shown due to an early bout of EPM, but has sired many winning offspring.

Lightly started, Lily is ready to go any direction you want. Readily takes her leads, has a smooth trot and a super smooth lope. Very accepting, curious and fun to work with, this is a DELUXE filly! She should mature right at 15 hands. She is homozygous black, and 5-panel negative through parentage.

Runnin Outa Cash
(The three-year-old)
(The two-year-old)
(The yearling)

2017 sorrel gelding -  $10,000

Just a gorgeous gelding. Elegant and correct, with great bone, feet, and attitude. Excellent ground manners - trim, clip, flyspray, worm, etc. Loads and hauls. Raised on rough ground with other horses, so he is very sure-footed and knows how to handle himself. Going well under saddle he is sensible and easy to work with. Should go any way you want, including down the trail.

His sire, Nu Steps to Cash (by Wimpys Little Step) is smooth-riding and low headed, an NRHA money earner, and sire of money-earners. His dam, Run Till Your Dun, is by Shine Like Hail, World Champion Open Snaffle Bit Reserve Champion, and out of Dun Its Black Gold (NRHA's producer of the year for 2013), making her a full sister to Black Hails Gold (earner of $173K+) and maternal 1/2 sister to HF MOBSTER.

A Vintage Gangster (Bonnie)

2018 sorrel filly  - Price lowered to $9500

What has a Shiner head and Chic tail and everything you could ever ask for in between? Our best two-year-old reining prospect. Great circles, good spins, and sliding 12 feet in her first 60 days.

Bonnie's dam, ELEGANT GANGSTER, has produced three foals for us, the first (SMART TRICKOCHET) qualified for the 2019 World Show in Ranch Riding. Bonnie's sire, A SPARKLING VINTAGE (by SHINING SPARK, NRHA Hall of Fame), is an NRHA Million Dollar Sire. He is also the sire of NOT RUF AT ALL and PLATINUM VINTAGE.

X-rays show some fusing in her right hock, which *may* **someday** lead to the need for maintenance, so her price has been lowered as a precaution. She is completely sound and the vet says ride her, train her, SHOW HER! Once retired she will make an invaluable addition to any breeding program. You can't build one bred like this for this price.
